Music is protected by applicable copyright law and Content ID systems. Unauthorised use may be identified and removed by platforms.

5. Third-party services

Distribution and streaming are provided by third parties, whose own terms also apply when you use their services.

6. Intellectual property

Music, artwork and branding are the intellectual property of IOGDJ or its licensors. Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

7. Access

We may restrict access where conduct violates these terms, harms users or third parties, or disrupts the services.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, IOGDJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which IOGDJ operates.
