"Man Flu Blues" was born out of a day on the couch, wrapped in a blanket, battling what every bloke knows is the most dramatic cold of them all — the man flu. Instead of sitting around feeling awful, I channelled the misery into something constructive. The track blends Aussie hip hop with a moody blues groove, weaving didgeridoo bass, steady beats, and cheeky storytelling into a tongue-in-cheek anthem. It captures every sneeze, every cup of tea, and every exaggerated groan, turning my personal sick-day saga into a relatable and oddly uplifting experience for anyone who's ever felt like the world was ending over a runny nose.
